Business Intelligence
An application to analyzing of business information.
 The purpose of having business intelligence is to make the business success.
Business intelligence usually used interchangeably with a book, query tools and a report.

Business process
Activity that accomplishing specific business goals.
A collection of linked project that find their end in the delivery of a product or service to a client

Example of business process
1.    Manufacturing
-       The process of product assembly
2.    Finance
-       Process of billing or invoicing process
3.    Banking
-       Process of transferring security after trade of stock
4.    Customer service
-       Process of a customer complaints

Business process model
It is the workflow of an organization that is identifying the potential of improvement
It usually used by data flow diagram or a flowchart


Process flowchart
It is the easier and that usually used in business process model techniques.
